"Above the tomb stands an octagonal monopteros in the classicist style. Fluted Tuscan columns support an architrave and, above it, a slate-covered domed roof. The front gable bears the inscription "Tempel der Ruhe" (Temple of Peace). In the center of the temple stands a round burial altar, whose relief suggests hanging draperies.
The castle park is bisected by the BAB45 motorway, and since then the family burial site has been separated from the rest of the castle ensemble by the motorway embankment."
