"The Kurkölnische castle in Zülpich was built at the end of the 14th century as a symbol of sovereignty and outpost of the Cologne archbishops against the county Jülich.

The 30-meter-high observation tower of the Landesburg can be climbed again in 2014 since the State Garden Show NRW Zülpich (LAGA). Hiking
