From 1848, the address was Paradeplatz 11. During the GDR era, it was the house at August-Bebel-Platz 11 and housed a saddlery belonging to the service combine. Hence the name "Alte Sattlerei" (Old Saddlery). After reunification, the "Alte Sattlerei" was relocated to Markt 11. The new owner extensively renovated the house and converted it into a residential building with four apartments. The building is a listed building.
