Hiking
The house was built after 1705, although the timber for its construction was already felled in 1696. It is a two-story house with a half-hipped roof. The eaves of the house face the market. Beneath the house is a cellar with a barrel vault dating from the time of construction. The building was used as a saddlery from 1970 to 1992. After that, the house stood empty. Starting in 2003, it was renovated. Four apartments were created; the chimney and oven were removed.[

The half-timbered house was built after the town fire of 1705; according to dendrochronological studies, the wood for it dates back to 1696.
From 1848, the address was Paradeplatz 11. During the GDR era, it was the house at August-Bebel-Platz 11 and housed a saddlery belonging to the service combine. Hence the name "Alte Sattlerei" (Old Saddlery). After reunification, the "Alte Sattlerei" was relocated to Markt 11. The new owner extensively renovated the house and converted it into a residential building with four apartments. The building is a listed building.
