The historic old town of Meersburg is always worth a visit. The many narrow streets invite for a walk. Similarly, the castle can be visited and the already almost Mediterranean flair on the waterfront with its many cafes and restaurants has a special charm. By the way, as a special tip, Meersburg has a state winery where the wine lovers can get quality very good wines.

A detour to Meersburg with an ice cream on the beach promenade is definitely worthwhile before taking the ferry back to Konstanz.

Lake Constance is beautiful, not just the promenade in Meersburg. Especially here, however, the buildings on the promenade are magnificent and the view of the lake is outstanding. Unfortunately, there is no bike path on the promenade itself, which is why you have to pay close attention to pedestrians, but otherwise it is definitely worth a detour to Meersburg.

Very nice cozy village right on Lake Constance bike path. The place invites you to linger. The tour can be interrupted at any time and continued the next day.

Meersburg is one of the most beautiful towns on the lake. The promenade is always worth a visit. Gastronomically, a lot is offered along the promenade. But, at least in the season, it is better to park the bike in advance and enjoy the atmosphere on foot.

Not only the promenade is worth seeing. Also the city garden with a large cactus bed on the western outskirts is highly recommended. There are still large parts of the city wall preserved, here you can wonderfully walk around the city and discover a lot. And everything is not as crowded as the waterfront.

Very beautiful old town along the Bodenseeradweg. It starts just behind the archway of Überlingen. Invites you to linger, with many small cafes and shops.
