Originally serving as the town hall, it was located on the former cattle market. After 1944, the building was used as a music school, library, and municipal museum. Today, it is dedicated to the renovation and preservation of the historic city center. Of particular interest is the well-preserved 17th-century icehouse vault in the basement.
