Here is the second part of the ring.
It was just a little bit more....
And a bit of climbing up the mountain 😳
But in the Kückelheim tunnel, the long-awaited and urgently needed cooling finally came. 👍
The impression (or realization 🤔) arose that you have to put up with quite a bit for a ring... 😉😃

It was time for a ring!
So the Sauerlandradring.
Unlike me, my trusted navigator apparently doesn't like this ring. I couldn't save the tour from two different sources. So, just import at my starting point and off we go.
In Finnentrop, the stop came.... Navigation ended. I could have easily agreed with

After going through this rock cut right at the beginning of the hike, one could have assumed it would be an alpine hike.
But it wasn't, instead it went through a very beautiful forest and there were always wonderful views of the Sauerland. And there was a bit of "scrambling" too.

The days are getting shorter, so the tours almost inevitably have to become shorter too. 😳
But you can discover new things even on short tours, even if it's "only" a newly laid section of the Ruhrtalradweg.
However, it is not officially open yet.

After three weeks of "heat break", it was time for some exercise again.

My eyes wanted space/expanse, my legs a relaxed roll. No problem, off to Münsterland.
That's exactly what happened, the highlight was that there was no highlight, just expanse and green. The always worth seeing Vischering Castle was the noteworthy exception. Miles and miles of simply worth seeing nothing

Further cycling was not possible, I had no lights on my bike 😉😃
