In the 19th century, the building housed a synagogue, a prayer room for Rottweil's Jews, as well as a bank.
Since 1928, the building has once again been an inn, which existed until 2023.
The wooden bay window with its cheerful figures, who seem not averse to wine, is particularly beautiful.
