📍 Between the Ancient Agora and the Old Town, Kos Town
They lie there in the middle of town – exposed walls, temple remains, Roman roads, and column stumps. The excavations impressively demonstrate how deeply history lies beneath Kos – and how much of it has been made visible. Between palm trees and modern buildings, the ruins seem almost surreal.
💡 Tip:
The paths between the excavations are freely accessible – simply walk through, read, and take in the views. They are particularly beautiful in the morning light or late afternoon.

Hiking
Just take in the scenery. Not far away is the "Plane Tree of Hippocrates" and an old castle from the Knights of St. John. Combining everything together makes for a beautiful tour 😊
