The Tour Tanguy is a 14th-century medieval fortified tower perched on a rock overlooking the Penfeld River in the Recouvrance district. Today, it houses the Musée du Vieux Brest. After a comprehensive renovation in 2023, the tower now offers a modern, immersive exhibition with audio guides and interactive elements. From the top floor, guests can enjoy impressive panoramic views of Brest, the castle, and the harbor.
