Great Horst quarryThe Great Horst is a stock-like intrusion made of latitandesite with a dimension of about 2700 m length and up to 1100 m width, which penetrated into the previously horizontally layered sediments of the Rotliegend and shifted them almost vertically in the edge area of the intrusion.
