The ascent is feasible and the view is fantastic. In wet weather not recommended, because the sandstone is very slippery. Parts of the rock can also be climbed.

The rock group is especially worthwhile for beginners. Here I spent my youth and tested myself. Short paths from the car park make these rocks particularly attractive for short summit tours after work.

The Gamrigfelsen is easy to climb, mostly stairs, offers a wonderful view in the Elbe Valley and under the rock is still a cave.

The Gamrig can hike easily. From there you have a fantastic view in all directions and you can watch the climbers who conquer the nearby rocks "Waltersdorfer Horn" and "Heidebrüderturm".
