You have to go up and down the same steps, there is only one way.
The Gamrig is a 253 meter high mountain in the front Saxon Switzerland east of Rathen.
The ascent is feasible and the view is fantastic. In wet weather not recommended, because the sandstone is very slippery. Parts of the rock can also be climbed.
The rock group is especially worthwhile for beginners. Here I spent my youth and tested myself. Short paths from the car park make these rocks particularly attractive for short summit tours after work.
Small "mountain" with a great panoramic view on the top
The views of the sandstone formations are unique.
This is the Gamrigscheibe (small spelling mistakes ...)
The Gamrigfelsen is easy to climb, mostly stairs, offers a wonderful view in the Elbe Valley and under the rock is still a cave.
best to be up at sunrise
