Nice path with impressive views, in some instances you'll need your hands as well to climb higher stones. Despite linked description it's not necessarily "easy" or "almost horizontal", though... (and I do have extensive hiking experience)

The hiking trail between the mountain village of Anogi and the Kathara Monastery is a classic route, known for its spectacular panoramic views over the island and the Ionian Sea. The path follows an old connecting trail along the ridge of Mount Niritos.
The one-way distance is about 3 km. Many hikers use it as an "Out-and-Back", resulting in a total length of approx. 6.1 km.
For the one-way trip, you should allow about 1 to 1.5 hours. The entire tour (there and back) takes approx. 2 to 2.5 hours.
