Two families from Harnsbach built this chapel in the hallway of Oberharnsbach in 2004. The inauguration took place on 1 May 2004. The celebration was connected with the inauguration of a new forest path which the village community has built together. At the chapel leads the good 20 km long 7-Kapellenweg, the friend circle "Siebenschläferkapelle" in the spring of 2005 signposted.

Mountain biking

The 7-Kapellen-Weg (7-Kapellen-Weg), which starts at the Siebenschläferkapelle in Stegaurach, passes here. This is the sixth chapel on the way. The fifth chapel is the Holy Family chapel near Grasmannsdorf, the seventh and last is the blacksmith's chapel near Birkach.
