The ridge path stretches over a longer distance. With a constant up and down it is very entertaining. From this path side paths lead downwards or as short branch paths to views towards the Elbe or north to the Falkenstein and towards the Kirnitzschtal. With a lot of carved steps, iron stairs and railings, it is very easy and safe to walk on.

The ridge path is one of the most exciting paths in Saxon Switzerland - but unfortunately also one of the best known. It is very busy here. Nevertheless, it is a highlight that should not be missed.
