The Barnebeck Village Church was first documented in 1443. Its core is a late medieval rectangular hall made of irregular fieldstone masonry. The windows were altered in the 18th or 19th century. At the beginning of the 20th century, the square west tower was added, and the roof and gable were renovated, deliberately using different materials and styles."Barnebeck Village Church."
