Kaggevinne is divided over two cities, Diest and Scherpenheuvel-Zichem. In the part that belongs to Scherpenheuvel-Zichem, you will find a remarkable landmark, the centuries-old oak. You may know it as a backdrop from the TV series De smaak van de Keyser. The tree was also featured in the program GR5.
The summer oak stands alone in the green landscape. The tree is truly living heritage with a height of 17 meters and a crown of 28 meters. The trunk has a circumference of four meters.
