There is actually no ready-made path to the Lindenstein.
That alone is a very natural feeling.
There are also remains of walls and stairs that have a very enigmatic and imaginative charisma.
There is also an old quarry overgrown with trees on the Lindensteinhang
I was born in Lindenfels, so it is very obvious that I have a special relationship with Lindenstein.

The remains of the wall are the ruins of the "Heppenheimer Hütte". This was built in 1910 by the Odenwald Club and was a popular place for excursions until it was destroyed in World War II.
