- The pharmacist "Johann Philipp Palm" bought two adjacent houses in 1644 and 1646 and had the two dilapidated buildings rebuilt in the following decades.
- At the end of the 17th century, both houses were combined into one.
- It is now owned by the Palm Foundation.
- The building still houses a pharmacy.
