Command bunker was the most important in this sector of the Mastenbos and along the Loopgravenpad. The direct connecting trenches are no longer there. High trees block your view 100 years later, but the commander had a perfect view of the field of fire from this bunker. In the central room, near the 3 steps, a periscope was set up in the observation dome. Just let your imagination run wild and you're right into the trench story.
