The local church was built at the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries and was consecrated to the Holy Trinity. Construction of the church began in 1590. Construction work was completed in 1612. The original altar with the baby Jesus was consecrated in 1662 by Bishop Maximilian Rudolf von Schleinitz of Leitmeritz. The tower was added later. Its current baroque form dates from 1793. It is said that a dome from an abandoned monastery in Styria, Austria, was placed on top of the tower. The bells came from Mladå Boleslav (Jungbunzlau), but were confiscated and melted down during the First World War. Their successors suffered the same fate during the Second World War. To date, only one bell has remained in the tower, but it has been out of service for several years. The church had a shingle roof until 1846, which was later covered with roof tiles.

At the same time, four dials of the tower clock were installed. A sandstone relief of a human or lion's head was built into the outer northern wall of the church, which is said to have formed part of the decoration of TolStejn Castle. The current interior of the church dates from the 18th century. Two altarpieces (Holy Trinity and God's Resurrection) are the work of Nlaler Josef Birnbaum, a native of Jiietin. The pulpit with the confessional was made by the carpenter Jakob Worm from Horni Podluzi in J 829. The existing organ was installed in 1870 and is the work of Josef Prediger from Albrechtice.
