In the Hospice Saint-Gilles is now the Walloon Parliament, the legislative organ of the Walloon Region. It is located in the Belgian city of Namur on the left bank of the Meuse on Rue Notre-Dame, opposite the seat of government called Élysette. The building originally housed a medieval hospice [2] and a hospital, the latter until 1965. Since 1998 it has been the seat of parliament after extensive renovations.
