Today's stage ended with the most incredible and warm welcome from our hosts, Hélène and Robert. We were greeted with fresh, homemade pear tart 🍐 and coffee ☕, and had a wonderful conversation about the pilgrim's way and even alpinism. Robert then shared a delicious Genepi liqueur, made from herbs he collected himself, and they even gave us a bottle of apple juice from their own garden to take with us. We were a bit disappointed earlier in Neuvy-Saint-Sépulchre as the tourist office was closed, so we couldn't get our pilgrim stamp (Pilgerstempel). But Hélène and Robert made up for it all by giving us one here! An unforgettable welcome.
