On February 23, 2024, the new Ede-Wageningen station officially opened. The renovated station has an equilateral triangle theme. The roof consists of 23 large equilateral triangles, each with sides of 27 meters, each divided into 36 smaller equilateral triangles, each with sides of 4.5 meters. The walkway to the platforms is even more literally tiled with equilateral triangles.
