The building belonged to what was then the Rüdersdorf manor, which also owned brickworks, among other things. From 1862 to 1925 it was used by the administration of the brickworks, after 1945 by the VEB Ziegelwerke Hennickendorf. From 1960 there was a polyclinic in it.
Today the entrance to the residential park Am Stienitzsee is located here.
