Actually, it is the Villa Sergardi (17th century) with the Torre Fiorentino!
Anna Sergardi Biringucci wants to protect the people in the family villa, which was once an outpost outside the city walls of Siena to stop the raids of the Florentine Guelphs.
The villa was rebuilt in the nineteenth century, with a Gothic tower, which was the prevailing architectural fashion at the time, and hosted - then in the countryside - the famous German composer Richard Wagner, who completed the composition of Parsifal (Wagner's 8th and last opera) there.
