A fairly sizable climb up to the Somerset Monument. Steep in sections but no impossible gradients. Some parts are narrow but the road is generally quiet. Views at the top are lovely and a bench looking out over the countryside makes an ideal picnic/rest stop.

A great climb on a quiet lane that is not too tough compared to others going up to the top of the Cotswolds. A couple of steeper ramps, one of which is at the top, but you're not going to stop there, especially with the monument well and truly in sight!
