Spitz the Wentalweible towers as a rock tower in the sky. Legend has it that a notorious and stinging shopkeeper ran through the valley when suddenly a thunderstorm hit. When she looked up, she was struck by lightning and she turned into the stone pillar. Only in the night of November 30 to December 1, she still wails whining through the Wental.

Very beautiful valley with towering limestone cliffs.
Tip: starts here at 48 ° 42'36 "N 10 ° 01'47" E and follows the wental nature trail to the Felsenmeer.
A great experience.

The Wentalweible is a rock formation, about 20m high, which is no longer allowed to be climbed. The path leads from north to south to the Gnannental. A very nice path and not as crowded as the Felsenmeer north of the town of Wental.
