Small lake on which there are also some houses. Still, you can walk right around the lake.

The pier is located at the "Lake House" hotel and restaurant in Plön. It is easy to reach by car directly on the B76. There are also numerous parking facilities in the area. If you want to interrupt the 5-lake trip at the Fegetasche, you can take the city bus to the old town. Buses leave the Lakehouse bus stop every hour on the hour. Of course you can also cover the distance of approx. 3km on foot. A beautiful hiking trail leads directly along the Plöner See.

The Plöner Seen or the Five Lakes are known far beyond Schleswig-Holstein. Here at the Edebergsee with Fegetasche is one of the offshoot or offshoot for the romantic Five Lakes ride.
Actually, the Edebergsee resembles a small bay with its oval shape. Gardens with their houses reach to the shore, small jetties lead into the water. Right next door is the federal highway 76 along and separates the Edelbergsee from Plöner See. Lined with dense trees, we find ourselves on short paths in nature again. Soon the boat leaves Fegetasche and leads us through a narrow passage into the Höftsee and then on the 12 km long route to Bad Malente on the Dieksee. Incidentally, the name Fegetasche dates back to the time when a customs station was here and the bags were "swept out" for inspection.
The name of the lake refers to the Megedeberg or Edeberg in the immediate vicinity. Yes, one likes to smile, we have mountains in Schleswig-Holstein, real mountains!
