The starting point Nordhausen is easy to reach by public transport. After the city park you drive on the Goetheweg to Niedersachswerfen on a good bike path. Neustadt is always worthwhile with its sights. The Roland and the castle are worth a break. After the clinic, it is a bit uphill, but in a wonderfully fresh resin air that is only a small problem. After the "summit" begins a wonderful descent to the sawmill. Here is also worth a stop with a stop. Then there is another wonderful descent with beautiful surroundings to the Ibergtalsperre. Now you drive on a good path easily to the Hotel Wolfsmühle. Here you can unwind the soul in a natural swimming pond or in the sauna. The Hotel Wolfsmühle has a menu that leaves nothing to be desired. The food from their own Galloways are not only healthy, but also fantastically prepared.
