This is a myriameter stone - historical mileage according to Tulla's Rhine regulation.
1 myriameter = 10 kilometers = 10,000 meters, then the zeros are also correct. Is there often on the Rhine, e.g. at the Ketscher Rheininsel (10 KM north).
