In Söderåsen National Park there is real wilderness to discover on 50 km of hiking trails.
I hike from the main entrance to Skäralid over the Kopparhatten ridge and back through the romantic Skäralidsdalen valley.

Jungle in wonderful diversity. Mystical, magical, majestic. The Stenshuvud National Park in southern Sweden is a paradise of a special kind. Like an open-air museum for real wild nature. Check out my video and pack your backpack ;-)

The smallest national park in Europe is a jungle oasis. You should have seen it! Here in the video you can find my tour through the park:

Lake Åsnen and its unique island world with old, partly untouched beech forests is a nature paradise in Småland. This southern Swedish wilderness can be explored on foot or by canoe. I walk around the Bjurkärr peninsula at the main entrance to Sunnabron. In the video there is a hiking guide, magical shots from the old beech and mixed forest and information about the national park and the various ways to visit it:

Great landscape and good paths on wooden planks in the largest bog in southern Sweden. I recorded a lap around the big lake in my video documentary:

A typical Swedish forest landscape with a wilderness character can be found in the Tiveden National Park. Here I walk around the largest lake, Trehörningen, which is also great for swimming.

The third entrance, Svartåentrén, offers a completely different, very rustic landscape. Here the path leads along the banks of the small river Svartån. It's magical how the river meanders through the forest. Lots of stones, some of them huge, line the banks and small lakes provide variety.

We then continue at the entrance to Myrentrén through a large, very imposing moor. Most of the path leads directly through the moor on wooden beams. There is also a lookout tower from which you can watch many birds, especially in spring.

It starts at the main entrance of the Hamra National Park. This entrance is also called the Urwaldeingang. The path leads through the oldest part of the national park and this mainly consists of a very old magic forest with thick moss carpets and mighty old spruce trees.
The other side of this entrance leads us through and around a lovely little moor.

The Sonfjället National Park consists of a mountain range with 5 peaks. My tour is about 12km long and takes me from the main entrance Nyvallen to high above the tree line into the mountains. A fascinating hike through a landscape that is rich in unusual geological forms. The path first leads through idyllic pre-alpine birch and spruce forest and then into the high mountains over huge scree fields. On the way I also harvest cloudberries and of course there are blueberries everywhere. Unfortunately I did not see any animal bears, although this is said to be the largest bear population in Sweden.
