From the Martini pier, you can take a trip to Bremerhaven with the Hal över fleet during the summer.
The trip on the Weser River is truly worthwhile; the landscape, the individual towns, and even the occasional industrial plant drift slowly by. And gradually, the Weser widens until it finally takes on a maritime character in Bremerhaven.
We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. There's no more relaxing way to travel from Bremen to Bremerhaven.
