Gorgeous view over the river Wye to Chepstow Castle & the Severn Bridge.
**Please be aware** As of October 24, the Northern path into/out of the viewpoint is closed due to a landslide. Please have a look at the photos, I've added a screenshot with the closed path highlighted.
You can still access it, but this will be via the stairs only.
Edit (2/6/25) Thanks, Peter, for updating this & confirming that the "outwards" route is still closed 😊! I haven't been there in a while, but glad to hear you can still access the viewpoint! I just had to do an "out&back" via the stairs

I can confirm Holly's post and that the path is still off limits. However, the path *to* the viewpoint is open and safe to access.
