The Frankfurt Equatorial Sundial, sometimes also referred to as a copper watch, is an additional ring-shaped equatorial sundial designed as a world time watch. It stands in the inner city district of Frankfurt on a green area west of the Ignatz-Bubis Bridge on the banks of the Main below the beautiful view. When it was inaugurated in 1951, the Frankfurt Equatorial Sundial was considered the largest sundial of its kind in the world.

Here on the Main is a beautiful bike and hiking trail. This wonderful sundial is truly a work of art made of metal. Every country and city is engraved down to the smallest detail 🧐👍
