In 1963, the healing waters were discovered at a depth of 600 meters during drilling on the Schweizer Wiese (Swiss Meadow). Construction of the drinking pavilion began in the summer of 1965, and by September of that year, the healing water was flowing from the taps. This allowed the first drinking cures to be offered.
