The Large Villa Toscana was built in 1869/70. The property is located on the Toscana peninsula, right next to the Ort Castle. It was built on behalf of the Grand Duchess of Tuscany Maria Antonia. After the end of the First World War it was redesigned in the spirit of Art Nouveau by order of Margarete Stonborough-Wittgenstein. In 1975 it came into the possession of the state of Upper Austria through a purchase.

The 88,000 m2 Toscanapark is characterized by its beautiful old stock of trees. Since the year 2000, the park has been a listed building.
Villa Toscana, built between 1870 and 1877, is also located in the park. Today it is used as a location for events and weddings.
