Actually a small harbor and boat pier on Samui's south coast that has become insignificant over the years. Yes, there is a great view of the offshore islands and even across to the mainland in the province of Surat Thani. Otherwise, the pier has long since seen its best days, with only a handful of rather fragile-looking small boats moored at the berths.
