Central Samui Shopping Mall

In March 2014, the 24th shopping center of the Central Pattana Group opened its doors - right at the best location on Koh Samui: Chaweng Beach Road. On 90,000 square meters, high-quality products and services that were previously only available in the central shopping malls of the capital Bangkok are now also being offered on the beach promenade.The Central Festival Samui is a themed mall that, in addition to modern zeitgeist, is also intended to symbolically reflect the special features of Koh Samui and the way of life of the residents. With this in mind, the architecture and interior decoration was modeled after a typical tropical resort, with gardens and water features that meander through the middle of the 2-storey "Central Department Store" (as always in the center of the entire complex). There is also a "Fisherman's Village" and an "Old Town Market" with shops in vintage and colonial style, which are supposed to be reminiscent of "old Samui". If you go shopping in the evening (opening hours until 11 p.m.), you can stroll through the integrated "Night Bazaar", or stop off in the gastronomy area in ice cream parlors, bistros or high-quality restaurants that are located indoors and outdoors, for example: Wine Connection, B Bistro, Zazen, Zen Sushi & Sake, Starbucks, Coffee Club, Coffee World, Copa Cabana, Kushi and Haagen-Dazs. The entertainment park "Mario Land" will delight especially the smaller visitors.
