The Weßlinger See is (also) easy to reach with the S-Bahn. Its train station is only approx. 500m from the lake. There are two ways to strengthen yourself at the lake, on the one hand in the cafe and on the other in the kiosk across the street.
In the latter there are also the sunbathing lawns, which the plentiful bathers like to use in summer.
Away from the Weßlinger See there is a lot of nature for long hikes.
