In Edam's Town Hall – Damplein 1
Edam was granted city rights as early as 1357, but the town hall dates back to 1737. It was built in the so-called Louis XIV style: bulky, pompous, and symmetrical. The museum's branch is located on the first floor. A changing exhibition is presented annually in two monumental period rooms with wonderful views of Edam.
