Old medieval ford and later bridge over the Lauter in Dettingen. Beautiful in quarry stone construction only one lane wide.

The stone bridge originally dates from the early Middle Ages and was destroyed several times by floods. In its current form, it was created about 300 years ago. Below the narrow bridge was a wash house and a small water weir for the Lauter.
