The interesting path leads with a height difference of 360 meters (turn-off to the Salmhütte at 2620 m, transition to the Leitertal at 2260 m) along the right-hand or southeastern slope of a valley through which the Glatzbach flows northeast towards the Leitertal. There are wonderful views of the Glatzberg (2627 m) and the Salmhütte, which sits to the north on a green hill against the backdrop of the Glockner massif. In addition to insights into the Glatzbachtal, there are also great views (back) into the fascinating Leitertal.
