Hiking

The roots of the winery go back to the 13th century. It was founded by the Lords of Staffel, after which the estate belonged to the Barons vom Stein family. In 1926, the important reformer Friedrich Karl Reichsfreiherr von und zum Stein passed it on to the Counts of Kanitz as part of the line of succession.
We were able to taste delicious wines here in a wonderful setting right under the chestnut tree.
