Special museum dedicated to Gino Bartali who grew up in Ponte a Ema. Many historic pieces from his days racing and winning the Tour de France and Giro d'Italia, and sharing the story of his brave activity during WWII working for the Italian Resistance to rescue Jews from the Holocaust.

You can easily ride past it.. Pay attention! The opening times are limited: Friday 10 AM-1 PM, Saturday 10 AM-1 PM, and Sunday 10 AM-4 PM. Unfortunately, they are not inclined to stay open for late visitors…😢
