I like this listed building every time I drive past it. 🤩
A bit of history: Around 1850, the train station was built in Kupferdreh (which didn't even have that name back then). It was part of the Hespertalbahn line, which primarily transported workers every day and didn't transport coal. Coal mining in this area was actually only short-lived and almost 100 years later, operations at Kupferdreh station were also relocated to today's S-Bahn station.translated by
