The Løkken Lifeboat Station is a quiet yet powerful memorial to the hard work and courage of the coastal rescuers on the Danish North Sea coast. Established in 1852, the station moved to its current building in 1936. This building was later abandoned and converted into the Coastal Fishing Museum. Today, it tells the story of storm voyages, shipwrecks, and the lives of the fishermen – concisely, vividly, and with authentic charm. Located directly on the beach, the site uniquely combines history, nature, and sea views.
