Northwest of Hauenreuth crashed on 29.03.1935 from a plane from the pilot captain Pusinelli lost his life, which is to commemorate the memorial stone. The aircraft was on a courier flight from Berlin to Munich. The pilot was captain of the Luftwaffe in the Reich Air Ministry in Berlin. According to eyewitness reports, the machine flew at a height of 100 - 150 meters and was then suddenly torn vertically upwards and immediately pushed down again, it was burning. The SA immediately locked the crash site and hid the completely burned corpse. Nothing was known about the actual cause of the crash, because such events were then considered "secret". Shortly after becoming aware of the crash in the population, the aviation local group Selb took on the matter. She procured a granite figurine from the then company Grasyma AG, had the inscription engraved and set up the stone at the crash site. When the stone was set at the end of 1935, the relatives of the victim also participated.
