Meeting centre available for the organisation of all kinds of activities by associations, companies and individuals, whether or not from Lichtervelde.
It opened its doors in 2014, two years after the former paint factory Deba on this site was demolished (except for the chimney). The factory building was built in 1906 and was successively (and sometimes next to each other) a brewery ("Margaretha", 1936-1940), a lemonade factory (1936-1960), a laundry ("Wonderklaar", 1947-1976), with a farm with a cowshed at the back.
