Mountaineering
A beautiful junction of many hiking trails and a great viewing point at the same time. There is also a lift station, restaurant, snack bar and a souvenir shop.
Highly recommended in good weather!

Mountaineering
"The mountain takes its name from an old legend: in the nearby village of Fojtovice (Voitsdorf) a poacher stole cattle. He was so clever that he always escaped. But one day he wanted to steal an old woman's only cow. She pulled out her divining rod and shouted: "You shall be bitten by mosquitoes before you reach the top of the mountain!" And indeed a swarm of mosquitoes came and pursued the thief and caught him. The mountain has borne this name ever since." (Source: ins-erzgebirge.de)
