Be careful, the way up and down from/to Taimamo is closed (09/2022) and the ridge path drawn in the maps to the north from the cross is not maintained in my opinion. On the cross itself is a mark that the path goes no further.

Hiking

Very steep alpine climb from Tamaimo. There is a single “closed” sign at the bottom of the entrance…….. but for what reason is a mystery to me. The path is well marked and you can't actually miss the right path. Particularly recommended at sunset.
